All prices and ship dates subject to change due to material costs. Please note that the dates listed above are estimated ship dates and may vary. These dates are not your expected dock date. AV Express is not responsible for any shipping charges including air freight costs. All shipping charges above are estimated and may change on actual invoice. Start date of all custom manufactured items will begin when the P.O. is updated and confirmed with the information contained in the acknowledgment for the custom items and samples are approved. Please note that a fee of $35 may be applied to all checks returned due to insufficient funds.
AV Express may ship your products using one of the following freight carriers:

AV Express is not responsible for the cost of shipping goods to the customer except for items marked as free shipping. AV Express will package your products professionally and with care. Please choose the service that is specific to either freight company in the checkout process of your order. C.O.D. shipping method may include a shipping charge of $9.50. This charge is not controlled by AV Express, but by the shipping company that collects the funds and may change without notice. Please note that all free shipping offers are for lower 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are void from free shipping offers.
Orders shipped by First Class Mail ® internationally or domestic do not have tracking availability and cannot be tracked or located after the package leaves our warehouse.
Same Day Shipping
AV Express offers same day shipping on all in stock items. Orders will ship on the same day it was placed if the order is received at our location or online by 3:00 PM Easter Time and only on in stock items. An in stock item status is only determined by our internal warehouse and not determined by our website. In stock item status may be different from what is displayed on the website at any time.
No Handling Fees
AV Express does not charge handling fees to package our products.
Tax on Purchases
Law requires that AV Express collect sales tax on purchases of 6.25% for residents of Ohio. This rate may change without notice, and change depending on the county of the bill to location. All residents and / or businesses that may claim tax exempt status must provide an Ohio Tax Exempt form before order is shipped.
Minimum Purchase Amounts
AV Express does not have minimum quantity requirements or dollar minimum requirements on any standard products listed in the web store. Some special orders or custom made products may be subject to a minimum purchase quantity. This quantity is dependent on the product. Please see specific product for details.
AV Express may require that all United States orders have a minimum purchase amount of $20.00. This amount may be applied or changed without notice. International orders require a minimum purchase amount that is dependent on your local currency. To find this amount please email us on our contact us

AV Express offers hassle free returns on standard items. All returns may be accepted within 30 days after ship date. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by AV Express. If you have problems with your product please email AV Express
with the part number, order number, and the problem you are having. AV Express will review your case and issue an RA if approved. AV-Express does not charge a restocking fee on returns. The RA must be written on the outside of the package when returned. Please repackage your defective part carefully to minimize further damage during shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for all returns that are not defective or damaged at the fault of AV-Express.
All custom built items or non-standard items are not returnable. These non-returnable items include custom built products not shown on the web catalog, standard or in-stock products modified or built to custom values, products built to print or customer specifications, or special requests.
30 Day or other Money Back Programs: Returns requests for our 30 day money back guarantee program are on qualifying products will only be accepted if you find a better quality product for the same amount that you purchased from AV-Express. This must be proven by an advertisement, receipt, and specifications of the product you purchased at a better price. Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition and original carton(s). Upon a satisfactory inspection, we’ll issue a full credit for your original purchase price. For any product not shipped back in its original condition or original carton(s), an appropriate restocking fee will be charged. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
Technical Support and Service
AV-Express is happy to assist you with product support and installation. This service is available by phone, email, or live chat. We can help you with all matters of your equipment with the exception of non-warranty defects. Technical support is only available for products that have been ordered from www.av-express.com. We will not be able to help with all other products other than general advice. Your order number, part number or item description, and name are required in order to offer support. The first half hour of phone or live chat support is free. After that, a $25 per hour fee will be charged for tech support. Minimum one hour. Please see our contact us page for how to start your tech support.
AV Express welcomes all international orders and will ship to any country that law allows. International orders may require a minimum purchase amount. Freight charges calculated on www.av-express.com are estimated and may change on actual invoice or credit card bill. If shipping by USPS, AV Express is not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges due to your local postal service rules and regulations. If for any reason a customer services representative sees that your order will not conform to USPS or your local postal service rules and regulations, AV Express reserves the right to cancel or modify your order and / or modify your freight charges.
All freight charges, local taxes, and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason the customer fails to pay for their local taxes, duties, or freight, and the charging entity asks AV Express for payment, AV Express reserves the right to charge any open balance of these fees to the customer's credit card or account without notice.
We at AV Express value your business and will not sell, trade, or freely distribute any personal information to any persons or organizations. Any and all information gathered on our website is for internal use only and is used to better serve you as our customer. Your email, phone number, and shipping address may be shared with UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure safe delivery of your order and provide you with detailed tracking information. This also allows the shipping carrier to contact you if an address is incorrect or invalid, limiting delays in shipping time. Shipping carriers do not use, sell, trade, or freely distribute information internally or to other parties.
