Aeon quality speaker stands are sturdy strong floor stands for a wide range of bookshelf speakers, center speakers, and more. Made of high grade black powder coated steel, this speaker stand is strong enough to hold a speaker with a base dimension no larger than 8 x 6.5 inches (200 x 160mm) and weighing no more than 65 lbs (30 kg).
The AEON 1704 Floor Speaker Stand comes with two sets of speaker spikes. Each speaker spike has its intended use for specific flooring types. There is one speaker spike set for carpets, and another speaker spike set for hardwood floors. Please use the appropriate speaker spike for your room, this will add to the speaker stand's stability, and improve listening quality by eliminating vibrations. Each spike should also be used on their appropriate floor type to prevent damages to your flooring. This extra set of speaker spikes is not found in any other speaker stands and only found at AV-Express.
The speaker stand also includes built in cable management to hide your speaker wires inside the stand. For an even sturdier base, two of the three poles can be filled with sand. This increases the weight of the speaker stand for heavier speakers, preventing tipping or rocking when bumped.
Built strong and sturdy, the speaker stand also features a textured finish for an attractive addition to your home theater or living room.
