Within 30 days of the purchase date, if you choose to return a qualifying AV-Express product¹, simply email us at sales@av-express.com or call us at 1-877-302-8397 with your order number to get a Return Authorization (RA). We’ll ask you a few simple questions and arrange the return. An email with an electronic shipping label will be promptly sent with instructions. Then you simply print out the label(s), and stick them on the box(es). When that is completed, you have a choice on how it gets back to us: 1. drop it off at any FedEx / UPS location, 2. hand it over to any FedEx / UPS driver, or 3. if you have daily FedEx / UPS pick up at work, hand over the packages to them. That's it!
 
Returns requests for our 30 day money back guarantee program are on qualifying products will only be accepted if you find a better quality product for the same amount that you purchased from AV-Express. This must be proven by an advertisement, receipt, and specifications of the product you purchased at a better price. Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition and original carton(s). AV-Express will replace parts, components, completed assemblies, or repair your product if your order if found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. Please note that AV-Express does not cover damages caused by abuse, alterations, opened equipment, overpowering, or any damages/imperfections caused by the user.
